On this mountaintop sit 6 luxury mountain lodges, each with unique mountain or river views. The property is a one-of-a-kind setting that is perfect for get-togethers with friends, family reunions, corporate retreats, weddings, special events or anything you can imagine.  

The entire property, including the Panther Creek Farmhouse & Cottage, accommodates approximately 90 sleeping guests and many more for single-day outdoor events such as concerts or weddings.

All Group A & B lodging rentals are booked and paid on either Airbnb or VRBO. All event venues plus associated costs, and UTV rentals, are invoiced separately.

• Smoky Mountain Lookout - intimate space in the woods for smaller ceremonies
• Fields at Panther Creek Farmhouse & Pavilion – perfect for large open-air or tented events plus beautiful house and cottage for additional accommodations
• Our mobile Food Truck is designed to serve burgers, hot dogs and fries and can be used at most of the event spaces.

DISCLAIMER: If you’re weary of creepy crawly things, remember you’re in the mountains surrounded by a forest. You might see bugs, spiders, moths, mice and other critters inside and outside your cabins. Also be mindful of the invasion wave of ladybugs in mid to late fall and the awakening wave in early spring. You will find large numbers present inside and outside the home areas. All that being said, they are part of your fun experience and opportunity to connect with nature.
