GROUP B

Group B offers 3 beautifully appointed homes with Fox’s Den, Eagle’s Nest and Deer Run Chalet. A total of 10 bedrooms accommodates up to 28 guests. While Group B is equally comfortable and has similar luxurious furnishings as Group A, a few items set the two groups apart.

Fox’s Den sits within a beautiful, wooded area, close to the tennis and basketball courts, and features 2 outdoor decks with grill and seating areas, loads of shared gathering spaces, as well as private getaway nooks. The main level features a beautiful kitchen, a large dining table that seats 10 and an open living room with super comfortable sectional sofa perfect for group TV enjoyment. There’s an outdoor firepit and plenty of parking. We recommend 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicles for this house. There is parking for 4 or 5 cars. Four bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

Eagle’s Nest boasts some of best mountain views of the property, and is walking distance to the tennis courts, Deer Run Chalet and the children’s playground. Eagle’s Nest also features the largest detached fully-enclosed entertainment space with large TV, plenty of plush seating, PS5, pool table, foosball, board games, and luxurious lounging areas. The kitchen is perfect for shared meals at the large dining table, while the living room has a relaxing sofa and large TV.  The wood-burning fireplace in the living room offers a great way to enjoy time together, and the wrap-around deck with outdoor seating is perfect for grilling and appreciation of the beautiful landscape. There is a fire-pit area in the yard that adds loads of fun to nighttime gatherings of family and friends. This home has plenty of parking for up to 5 or 6 cars. Three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Deer Run Chalet is a quiet, comfortable home with high ceilings, tucked into a private wooded area with a large front yard and deck off the front of the house. The backyard has a grill deck and fire pit area that provides lots of gathering space for your group. Like all the homes, the kitchen features all new appliances and ample cooking space, and those who are not cooking can enjoy the plush living room sofa that will lull you to sleep in front of the wood fireplace and TV. Three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

All 3 homes boast luxury furnishings, artwork, mountain decor and are air-conditioned and heated. Each provides fully equipped kitchens with new appliances, outdoor grills, smart 4k TVs in each room with 100+ channels, new washer and dryer, contemporary bathrooms, fully automatic espresso/coffee machines, linens and towels, dishes and silverware, cups and glasses, and board games. Each home receives a basic starter kit with one bag of delicious coffee beans from a favorite local company, aluminum foil, paper goods and a $50 gift certificate to the local market 10 minutes away. We offer high-speed internet throughout the property, but please remember we are in a remote mountain location so sometimes there may be disruptions.
