GROUP A — Luxurious Lodging

Group A offers 3 beautiful homes with Pigeon River Manor, Big Bear Lodge and Falcon’s Crest. A total of 10 bedrooms accommodates up to 28 guests. Each mountain lodge is designed for luxury, recreation and comfort.

Pigeon River Manor is the heart of the Retreat with 3 floors of spacious bedrooms, open living and kitchen areas, large “speakeasy” bar and outdoor decks for grilling, dining and a hot tub overlooking the river. The Manor is the only house on the property with its own river access and large fire pit. There is also a full-size sauna and separate chill room on the hillside, ideal for a private workspace. The detached entertainment space will enchant the entire group with a 4k laser projector and Dolby Atmos surround sound, PS5, large gaming table, board games and Pac-Man arcade game. Five bedrooms with king beds and 3 full baths.

Big Bear Lodge boasts high ceilings in the living room with a wall of glass that looks out to spectacular mountains and woods. The wood-burning fireplace provides a great place to enjoy time together, and the wrap-around decks are perfect for grilling and relaxing. The home also features a detached entertainment space with pool table, giant TV, PS5, full size Arcade console with Pac-Man, board games, and more luxurious sofas. You can step down to the hot tub or fire pit while enjoying the glorious views. Three bedrooms provide two king beds and 3 single bunk beds, plus 2 sofa beds (one is in the game room) and 2 full and one half bathrooms.

Falcon’s Crest is a cozy and unique home on a hill with stunning views. The very comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen are sure to please. The 6-burner gas stove will make any chef in the family a very happy camper. Step outside onto the wraparound deck with grill, sitting areas and a fire pit. The main sleeping area is a large open loft with tall ceilings above the living room. We recommend 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicles for this house. Two bedrooms, one king and one queen, a sofa bed (in the loft) and 2 full bathrooms.

All 3 homes boast luxury furnishings, artwork, mountain decor and are air-conditioned and heated. Each provides fully equipped kitchens with new appliances, outdoor grills, smart 4k TVs in each room with 100+ channels, new washer and dryer, contemporary bathrooms, fully automatic espresso/coffee machines, luxury linens and towels, dishes and silverware, cups and glasses, and board games. Two homes feature game rooms with PlayStation gaming consoles, arcade machines, pool table, foosball and card tables— just about everything you need to enjoy as a group! Each home receives a basic starter kit with one bag of delicious coffee beans from a favorite local company, aluminum foil, paper goods and a $50 gift certificate to the local market 10 minutes away. We offer high-speed internet throughout the property, but please remember we are in a remote mountain location so sometimes there may be disruptions.
